Our Zumba® Kids Dance Classes & Yoga Classes in Winchester are held in the super-modern performance hall at the Winchester Discovery Centre with a fabulous projection screen for our video clips & pictures.
Following popular request from our parents we are now offering Yoga for Children as well! You are never too young to do Yoga! In these overstimulated times we live in, it is more important than ever to find ways of regaining our balance. YOGA FOR CHILDREN & Youngsters 4 – 13 years
You are never too young to start Yoga! Our Hatha Flow Yoga Classes are “Feelgood” Yoga Classes for children. By moving their body through simple Asana Flows the children are setting their energy free and through breathing learn how to re-balance their energy and feel centred in the midst of life!
